What is the difference between turnkey and design plus supervision?
In a turnkey project we manage everything: design, procurement, all contractors and handover. In design plus supervision we provide the design work (concepts, 3D renders, working drawings, material specifications) and then supervise your chosen contractor on site. You keep control of contractor selection and payments.
Can I hire you for just a kitchen or a single room?
Yes, when the scope is substantial enough to justify a dedicated engagement. A kitchen-only project typically means a full kitchen renovation including carpentry, countertop, backsplash, plumbing and electrical coordination, and a living and dining room project that includes carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, lighting and painting typically qualifies. We assess the scope at your free consultation.

Do you work with NRI clients?
Yes. NRI projects are managed entirely remotely: you approve designs through 3D renders on a video call, receive a photo and video update every Friday, pay by international wire (USD, AED, GBP, SGD, EUR) or from an NRE/NRO account, and we handle the society NOC and permissions. You do not need to visit India during the project.
What warranty do you give?
Every project carries a 1-year warranty on execution. The exclusions are listed in our Terms of Service.
