We design and build all kitchen configurations: straight-line (single wall) kitchens for compact spaces, parallel kitchens (double-wall galley layout — the most common in Mumbai 2BHKs and 3BHKs), L-shaped kitchens (excellent for corner utilisation), U-shaped kitchens (typically for larger 3BHK and 4BHK kitchen footprints), and island or peninsula kitchens (for open-plan living spaces in premium apartments). Each layout is designed from scratch for your specific kitchen dimensions — not adapted from a showroom display unit.

We can design and execute a kitchen-only project if the scope is substantial enough to justify a dedicated engagement — typically a full kitchen renovation including carpentry, countertop, backsplash, plumbing, and electrical coordination. Most of our kitchen-only clients come to us having had a poor experience with a modular kitchen dealer, and our fixed-price, in-house execution model is very different from the dealer-and-carpenter approach that dominates the Mumbai market.

A kitchen-only project — from site survey to handover — typically takes 30–45 days. This includes 10–12 days for design and approval, 15–18 days for fabrication at our workshop, and 5–7 days for on-site installation, countertop fitting, and backsplash tiling. When the kitchen is part of a full home interior project, it is integrated into the overall project timeline and does not add time independently.

We work with Hettich, Hafele, Blum, and Grass for hardware — all European brands with verifiable durability ratings. The specific brand tier is agreed at material selection and itemised in the BOQ. We do not substitute cheaper alternatives post-approval. For soft-close hinges, tandem drawers, and pull-out systems, we present side-by-side comparisons of the options so you can make an informed choice based on your budget and durability expectations.

BWR-grade plywood is the minimum we use for any kitchen carcass, and we recommend BWP (marine) grade, made to IS 710, especially for the sink base and for homes in a high-moisture area such as a coastal location or a ground-floor kitchen. We do not use MR-grade plywood in kitchens. Your itemised quote names the board grade for each part of the kitchen so you can check it.

Our 1-year warranty covers all execution-related failures: shutter warping or delamination, hinge failure, drawer runner failure, carcass joint failure, countertop edge chipping due to installation, and backsplash tile debonding. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive moisture exposure beyond normal kitchen conditions, or physical impact.
