Turnkey means one team handles everything from design to handover: design and 3D visualisation, civil and structural work, electrical, plumbing, modular carpentry (wardrobes, kitchen and storage), false ceilings, flooring and tiling, painting, doors and hardware, lighting and final styling. Furniture from outside vendors, large appliances and ACs are not included, though we coordinate their installation. Everything in scope has a fixed price and a 1-year execution warranty.

A full turnkey 3BHK with standard scope typically takes 75–90 days from design approval to handover, and a 2BHK takes 55–70 days. Both. In a turnkey project we manage design, procurement, contractors and handover. In a design + supervision project we provide the concepts, 3D renders, working drawings and material specifications, then supervise your own contractor on site, typically with 8–12 visits across a full home, while you keep control of contractor selection and payments. We also take on single-room projects such as a master bedroom or a modular kitchen.

Payments follow a milestone schedule written into your project contract and agreed before work begins. The engagement starts when the signed contract and the initial advance are received. Each milestone is invoiced when it is reached and is due within 7 working days. The quote is fixed for the agreed scope, and any change after signing is quoted separately as a change order that you approve in writing first.
